Choco N More offers a variety of chocolates, customised chocolates, gift boxes, hampers, return gifts, and other chocolate creations.
Product images are for representation purposes. Since many products are handmade, slight variations in colour, shape, decoration, or finishing may occur.
Availability of flavours, designs, packaging, and ingredients may vary from time to time.
We reserve the right to make minor changes to a product when necessary while maintaining the overall look, quality, and value of the order.
2. Customised Orders 🎁
This is where your imagination meets our chocolate!
Customised orders are prepared according to the details, names, photographs, logos, colours, themes, or other information provided by the customer.
Customers are responsible for checking all spelling, dates, names, messages, logos, and other customisation details before approving the order.
Once a customised order has entered production, changes may not be possible.
Because customised products are created specifically for an individual customer, they may not be eligible for cancellation or return once production has begun, subject to applicable law.
3. Order Confirmation
An order is considered confirmed only after Choco N More has accepted the order and, where applicable, received the required payment or advance.
We may contact you to confirm important details before beginning production.
4. Pricing & Payment 💳
Product prices are subject to change without prior notice.
The final price may depend on the product, quantity, customisation, packaging, and delivery requirements.
Any applicable delivery or additional charges will be communicated before order confirmation.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate payment and contact information.
5. Cancellations & Changes
We understand that plans can change.
However, customised chocolates often involve advance preparation and specially arranged materials. Therefore:
Cancellation or modification requests should be made as early as possible.
Once production, printing, or customisation has started, cancellation or modification may not be possible.
Any eligible refund will be handled according to the circumstances of the order and applicable law.
6. Delivery 🚚
We make every reasonable effort to ensure your order reaches you within the agreed or estimated timeframe.
However, delivery dates may be affected by courier delays, weather, traffic, public holidays, festivals, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and an active contact number.
7. Chocolate Care 🍫
Chocolate is a delicate product and can be affected by heat and humidity.
We take care while preparing and packing your order, but minor changes during transportation may occur, particularly in warm weather.
After receiving your chocolates, please store them according to the care instructions provided with your order and keep them away from excessive heat, moisture, and direct sunlight.

Please check your order when it is delivered.
If there is an issue with the quantity, product, customisation, or visible damage, please contact us promptly with suitable photographs/videos and your order details so that we can review the matter and assist you.
9. Customer-Provided Content
If you provide photographs, artwork, names, logos, messages, or other materials for customisation, you confirm that you have the necessary permission to use them for your order.
Choco N More is not responsible for disputes arising from materials supplied by the customer.
